convert file into Encoding UTF-8 BOM (Byte Order Mark) using Mule4

 How to convert, write or add UTF -8 BOM to a file.

In MuleSoft writing a file in UTF-8 BOM is not possible because Dataweave doesn't support UTF-8 BOM

To achieve this solution we need to use Excute component using python code.
